Had a wonderful time! The best part was the helpful staff. they made our stay feel special. The only downside was a bit of mildew smell in our room. Overall a great experience! 😊

I had a great time here—the two restaurants were a blessing, especially the downstairs cafe for breakfast. The fitness room was an unexpected bonus, well-equipped and clean. I'd definitely come back!

Had a fantastic time here with friends! We checked in with four adults and visited the local markets and nearby scenic spots. Rooms were clean and the service was top-notch. The free shuttle was super convenient for getting around, and I loved the breakfast options.

One downside was the mildew odor in the room, which was quite unpleasant.

Charming Stay with Friendly Staff!

I spent 3 nights in a Queen Room. The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere. Enjoyed delicious meals at the onsite restaurant and appreciated the fast internet for planning my Alaska adventures. A heads up on extra incidentals would have been nice!

Just a fitting option for an overnight stay in Ketchikan with excellent value for money. The free shuttle to the ferry was a nice bonus. Make sure to ask for a room away from the bars to avoid noise.

The bed was super comfy with nice linens, and I really enjoyed hanging out in the cozy lounge area and taking a dip in the pool. I loved that they had a guest laundry which came in handy during my stay. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, making the upper floor a bit warm at times. 😊

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a restaurant. I remember how the staff helped me print important documents during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy stay! I'll be back for a romantic escape.

When I checked in, they upgraded me to a King Suite just because the previous room was open. Plus, I loved having the diner downstairs, made it easy for breakfast after late nights.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was worth it.
